Long story short my 'ex' and I broke up due to some bullshit a girl messaged me. To be spiteful I went out with that girl and she found out. This girl isnt a plate just a friend I used to like.

Digressing, now ex and I are in an 'open relationship' at her request - with the stipulation that we tell eachother if we fuck someone.

I think its just a shit test trying to regain trust but I dont like the idea of her dating someone else. How do i regain control over this situation

She still tells me she loves me but the only reason she is with me is because I am attractive and great in bed..
