Relationship stages?

I got it up to 4 years.

First 6 months: honeymoon. The stage where you both discover each other. That's the excitement phase. Once she knows everything about you, it gets harder and harder to give tingles.

First 2 years: That's the stage of adjustments and arguments. If you don't know how to control those situations, that's where she starts to betafy you. Not only that but now you got the excitement out of the window too because she knows everything about you.

3-4 years: That's where she starts asking herself if that's what she wants and starts to reconsider the relationship.

Now. What's the solution to the lack of excitement? When it fades after 6 months and all you do is watch TV together, playing games and being on social media - guess what it breeds? Boredom and stupid thoughts. So what you need to do is grow together - explore new stuff, new hobbies (especially dancing and bodybuilding), be focused on building something together and yourselves. That's what will bind you together and what will bring back the excitement into relationship. Anytime you are watching TV or doing something like that, you should be both reading or doing stuff together (and of course, if you're a TRP man, your main focus should be placing your own goals on top of the relationship).

That would be the main pilar, like a main compound lift, then you add TRP tactics as an accessory depending on the situation.
