Whilst trying to build and establish a strong frame, I have found some old BP conditioning still exists, and beta behaviour in some situations. Of course building frame takes time and experience etc. Building a frame with a weak base (unresolved past experiences, gaps of knowledge) is going to be bad in the long term. Is there a way of destroying your own frame or 'resetting' it? I've been lifting for over a year now, just started boxing once a week and have been in a STEM job now for six months with a good amount of savings. My frame should be a lot stronger than it is. I'm not sure if I need more time experience or to reset to establish real frame. I've heard of right of passage in days of old and I'm wondering what I could do to truly transition into a man. I'm seventeen nearly eighteen and I'm not where I want to be as a person, even though I'm ahead of most of my mates and others my age in the Uk.
