Honestly your life is still fine. The past (and the future) are not even real. Only the present moment is real. You can change in an instant. The mind is an amazing thing.

For me the key was exercise. If I go longer than 72 hours without exercise, I become mentally dark.

Once I learned this about myself, I began to view myself from a detached, outside perspective. I ran my body more like I'd run a car, "I have to give it this much food" instead of from the inside of my body "I want to have xyz type of food because, I desire it."

This has become extremely healthy for me, and additionally, kind of cured a lot of my mental issues.

You are living too close to your own life. You need to detach a little bit and view your life from farther away.

Life is like a dark tunnel. Sometimes it can seem hopeless or endless, but if you just keep moving, soon you will come to a better place.

Suicide is quitting and here we strive to get better . You will get another job if you work your ass off for it . You can stop fapping to tranny porn, not cold turkey but by figuring out where the symptom to your problems come from. I suggest reading no more mr. ..nice guy....if i recommend this book one more time i'll blow my brains out.

There's a free audio book of it, look through my comments if you'd like to find a link. It is a good book to help you understand and value you yourself, this is life my friend shit happens to everyone the difference between a winner and a loser is that a loser stops competing after they fail.
