I went from being a middle/high school nerd to being a top 20% in terms of looks and frame.

Enough for women to cheat on their significant others with. It surely gets better as it goes, I’ve started to notice that the women that dominated everything when we were 18-22 are rapidly having to realize that they either cash out their chips soon enough or they’re toast

If you are constantly gaining value and improving yourself you’ll be fine. A loser who stays a loser is just an older and balder loser. Gaining value is not automatic

I think the peak is like 27-35 for us. Not fuckin 40 like he says.
