Yes, it's probably possible but rare. The primary idea behind the AF side of the equation is the acquisition of genetic material generally comes from the single best-suited man that the woman can find. However, there can be exceptions to general rules. If it was to happen, then it would most likely have to happen if there was a BB involved as well (either as a person, multiple people or the state). Conditions with a multitude of men and a relatively small number of women would probably need to be met.
