Is there a list of "Rules to live by" for TRP anywhere?

Not saying I'm looking for some religious blind guidance. I just think it would be beneficial if we came up with a list that covers different areas of TRP that lower-level TRPers could resort to in situations of doubt.

I'm aware that Illimitable Men and Chateau have maxims, but a lot of those are truths independent of one's actions in a situation. I'm inquiring about rules that require action, given a circumstance.
