Drinking helps. Seriously, that’s how I got out of being beta.

Also, practice. You will not be a rockstar on the first try- just like you can’t become a concert pianist overnight. Every time you are rejected- just think, that’s another one down, I’m one closer to getting laid.

Nothing will help you lose your anxiety.

Just face it and fail and learn alot that will give you the confidence.
