Being too available (i.e. desperate) is unattractive. You’ve screwed up a second date opportunity by hinting about another date, rather than being direct.

Learn from it and move on. If she’s really interested, she’ll reach out to you again.

Oh hell fucking no! She did not even suggest another date. Remove her number and delete the conversation, don't block anything, if she comes back suggesting a date, tant mieux, if not then she can fuck off.

I can't help but wonder how did the first date go and why the fuck didn't ask to meet her during the week and not one full week after?!

Setting up dates one week in advance it a cancer meme in TRP and it's causing a lot of guys to miss some good lays.

It really depends on how you carry yourself, but whenever a new potential plate declines without a reschedule I usually hit her with "people with manners usually offer a time to reschedule". While it can look needy depending if such bold teasing is your natural state or not, it either A) makes her reschedule or B) makes her decline again letting you know for sure she's not interested.
