I don't tend to make enemies with exes.

If you don't talk anymore, then don't talk when you see them, or be very brief, apologize if they want to talk you up, say you are in a hurry.

Same as you would do with anything that might waste your time and attention.

Depends on the context. You don't need hard and fast rules for these situations. If she cheated on you and threatened your family, turn and walk the other way. Otherwise, be a normal guy.

I dated a girl after college and it ended amicably. I ran into her at a pre-game and she's dating a dude I know. Chatted it up with them for a few mins then on my way.

If I saw her in passing, I'd wave and continue with whatever I was doing.

Agree with the other responses, except sometimes it's better to simply completely ignore. She had her chance, and for you, it'll be better to never deal with her again. Ignore if you can, and if she talks, say you're busy.
