Went out for drinks with this girl about a week ago, went well. Agreed to do it again.. But she’s going away for the new year with her family (tradition).

We agreed to do something when she’s back instead (6th Jan onwards).

I was wondering, do I tell her to keep the 8th January free (for example) and when she’s asks why, say something like ‘wait and find out’? I feel like asking which date is best is a bit of a bitch move and makes me look needy?

I know she’s not super busy on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and the 8th falls on a Wednesday,
