With sex in LTRs, it is ALWAYS like this:

1- LAY your expectations;
2- If they aren't met, raise your SMV, passive dread;
3- If they still are not met, abundance should tell you you'd get them met elsewhere. Let her see other women paying attention on you (it'll boost abundance mentality as a cool side effect);
4- If they're still not met, prepare for next but you might as well let her see you paying a little attention to other women (it'll boost abundance mentality too). LAST STAGE OF ACTIVE DREAD;
5- If it still fails, soft next/hard next/demote.

Be coherent and don't give comfort for free too.

Do some off the wall stuff like not paying for food, trips, hell dont come home one night and not respond to text women love azzholes an alpha wouldnt put up with this and she knows it. A line I've used in the past at the beginning of relationships is: "You wouldn't seriously deny me sex, would you?"

If they say no, they wouldn't, they'll remember that shit always. If they yes, they might, then you know what you're getting yourself into if you stay with her.
