She hasn't said anything since our first date. Do I ask for a second date later or wait?

I know this sounds like oneitis but I have 3 other plates so I don't really care, just want to know what to do in this type of scenario.

Before meeting up she said she only has a couple hours available so we met for some cocktails and then she left to meet with some friends as she already had plans with the girls (it was Saturday night). She went radio silence since then (been 1 day).

How should I proceed? Ask her for a second date later in the week or go radio silence myself and wait her to say something?
