Just look at what vibes she's sending your way. If it's something to give you shit and challenge you, that's the shit test. But here she's plainly going "woe is me, I'm on my period my titties hurt like a bitch!", and you're clearly expected to somehow take care of her in her time of need here.

You have a vast number of options about what you wanna say back to that, but if it were me, I'd go cocky/funny:

"wonder if Hitler felt ugly inside on lazy Tuesdays too.."

You can say just about anything, that you know will crack her up. And crucially, something that completely ignores both the content of her complaint and the implication that you're going to be her therapist now. You're not the therapist, nor the emo tampon, you should have bite and make her smile and feel silly.
