I have been a TRP lurker for months now and have gone through the sidebar, read the Book of Pook and also Sex God Method.

Background: I've been dating this nice girl for about 2-3 weeks now. I would've been fine LTR'ing her, because she is semi-conservative and she only put it out on our 6th date (sex was good, so no problems stemming from here). She's HB6-7 (My guess is my SMV is 7-8). She was definitely very interested in me, and always eager for meetups. I committed a bit to her to make her more comfortable to be intimate with me.

She complained a bit before, that we hang out too much (sex-related) at my place, rather than go on dates. So I said fine, we shall. And we went on a walk and coffee. For the next date, I decided to text her and it went like this:

Me: "Hey there nickname ;)"

Her: "Hello hello :)"

Me: "Had a feeling that you need to be rescued. I know I'm right ;)"

Her: "I wouldn't mind a break lol"

Me: "You me my place tomorrow 7pm. We'll hang then k"

Her: "Unfortunately I have work tomorrow"

Me: "I can do friday 7pm"

Her: "What do you mean by hang exactly"

Me: "Making time to see you. Its our evening, whatever we want"

Her "Sorry I can't do friday either. I promised girlfriend I'd go see movie with her"

Me: "ok"

It might seem a bit crude, but she knows I text very little. And mostly for logistics.

I am, actually, outcome independent and that's why I'm bold with her. A week or two ago, she would've replied with a "okie :)" but now I'm getting this shit test. I would like an LTR with her, but I do know that I have options.

My questions for TRP is, did I mess this up? I need to know so that I can improve myself. I feel I should've asked her out to dinner first and then escalated later in the night (regret not doing that instead).

It may or may not be my fault, but is this recoverable? Dread game, no contact mode?

Any suggestions for LTR in general? I'm not really interested in spinning plates (just personal choice).
