That's not a good strategy, now you are dependent on her answer and she'll likely use that power to test your frame/availability.

Next time when you confirm, just use affirmative words instead of questions: "hey, I'm confirming meeting tomorrow at 7pm. Looking forward to it".

If you get back something like what she said, just firmly decline the rescheduling: "No, I don't want to reschedule. Let's stick with meeting tomorrow." If you get anything other than a confirmation, then do your alternative plans and forget about her.

Remember, expressing what you want is attractive to women and anything other than a yes is a no.

Okay so you f***** up several ways here. First you should not make plans with a plate a week in advance. You should give her a days notice at most because your schedule is so busy that you don't know when you're going to be free....

Setting up dates over a week ahead of time says that you really want to see her again and that you don't have that much else going on.

Also, it makes you look weak to still want to see her when she is on her period. You should have told her all good another day....wanting to see her even when she is on her period communicates to her that you're interested in her for a relationship, because that's a relationship behavior not a plate behavior...

A plate is only a plate if you treat her like one.

Finally do not text a girl the day before a date to confirm the date is still on for the next day. This is thirsty and makes you look too concerned with seeing her. She knows you guys set the date for the next day...... Hit her up the day of until her see you at 9. Etc.

Just texted this chick I fucked last weekend to confirm our plans for tomorrow, she responded with her period being late and if I wanted to reschedule. I responded with I’m still down to hang out but I need to know, otherwise I have other plans. So yeah, she’s still down but I’m not sure how to perceive this

I’d leave the ball in her court and wait until she reaches back out to you to gauge what your next move will be. Wouldn’t be overly presumptuous one way or the other. If plans are already in motion, perhaps just go along with what’s already on the table. Hope you used protection.
