You should've told him first. And you should feel like shit, you're a scumbag. 3.5 billion women out there and you chose to your bestfriend's LTR to kiss. What can you do about it now? Nothing, once you've been assigned a label like that, that person will never fully trust you again and you don't want to hang around that person/group knowing they all subliminally consider you a piece of shit that can't be trusted. Move on and find a new friend, learn from your mistake.

I got a fine the other day for playing on my phone in traffic. You know what? I said fuck it, at least I didn't kill someone while I was on my phone and paid it. Now I keep my phone in my glove compartment, it took a several hundred dollar ticket to make that change happen, but now there's no chance I'm going to kill someone or get another ticket whilst driving on the phone. I learned.
