Why would you want to? She'll notice the gains and stuff like that. If you're on your purpose, it will slip through in the cracks of your conversations. No need to really go explain it all, she'll know.

You're in the wrong mindset. You're thinking you should talk about it to impress her. Stop trying to impress her, you're already good enough.

We’ve all encountered that doosh who won’t shut the fuck up about doing Cross Fit or being vegan or doing this diet or that diet. We can all close our eyes and imagine that one preachy twat with the holier than thou attitude.

It gets to a point that it can get annoying. You can vibe that in people, and people can vibe that in you. I don’t obsessively talk to my First Officer about lifting or learning coding languages, but if she asks, I’ll tell her how I felt about my form and progress.

Don’t overthink it— it’s like any other conversation. Does the person want to hear about it? Cool. If not? Talk about something else.

It’s good to let them know you have a vision and direction, but don’t start telling them how you read NMMNG and now you’re on the lookout for covert contracts so you can learn to be more direct lol

Generally, don't explicitly tell people how you achieved what you've done. You'll lose power by doing so.
