A girl, a very good friend, in a LTR is giving me IoI's. Since she is a good friend I don't want to mess it up. But If I escalate, I fear that I will put her on a pedestal and will reject. I don't fear rejection but don't want to face the awkward situation later in the workplace.

My Question should I escalate or let it be going as it is?
