GH can increase height if your growth plates haven't fused. I personally know one family in China that was able to get their 11 year old son prescribed GH in order to increase his height. It is legit but you are unlikely to find doctors willing to prescribe GH for essentially cosmetic purposes to a minor in the US.

Exogenous testosterone will only fuse your growth plates faster locking in your height but potentially masculinizing you more. However TRT so young is risky, if you choose this route you might be on it for life, and if you get it wrong (i.e. estrogen out of check) you could end up much worse off than you are now with a permanently downregulated HPTA, permanent gyno, and a dick that doesn't work.

As for hormones it's tricky, it's equivalent to taking steroids and considering ur tough situation what i would do is really really research a lot about the specific stuff u want to take anld see others who have done I mean u must read like at least 50 pages of it before u make a decision..I mean this subreddit is totally not where u should be asking ..Google ...Google hard ..like for hours man

And if u still decide that u want it then u need to find good source and given ur situation it would be harder

But if there's one thing that I can assure will increase ur height at ur age, all the way upto 21 is the inversion table
