You can answer this easily with some simply self experimentation. Go a week without music, see how you perform. Go a week with only Classical (no lyrics) music, see how you perform. I wrestled my Senior year of High School. Wanted to do it my freshman year but backed out because I thought it was gay. I was quite mediocre but it was still a great experience. I 100% endorse wrestling for boys. You cannot find a more physically-taxing sport or one that teaches you more about life. BJJ is similar, but IMO - not as good. Take HCG if you want to keep your fertility at 100%. You don't have to take HCG, but if you don't you take a risk that your fertility might not come back (very very small risk if you are young and healthy). Additionally, there is some speculation that sperm quality may go down on TRT so getting someone pregnant could lead to higher rates of birth defects, etc. You can always come off TRT/do PCT when you are ready to impregnant. Any doc that prescribes TRT should also offer HCG.

Can't say I'm all the way there. Working on it! I found AA defined as: AA: Agree and Amplify- the go to method (after STFU) to spark attraction with a woman who is shit testing. "Are you cheating on me with that girl." AA=No way! I will only cheat if you videotape us. The idea is to not take the shit test seriously, don't get butthurt, make a joke about it, Agree with it and "amplify" to ridiculous proportions. I can't find a definition for fogging...?
