Leave and soft next. Honestly real life shit does happen. Maybe her uber car came upon slow traffic due to an accident. Maybe she forgot to turn her burner off before leaving and had to run back after she remembered. A lot of shit can happen that is truly innocent that would make her late.

I say soft next because I believe in 2 chances. If shes late / flakes on the second then its clearly disrespect. Can anyone really say they have never been late for anything, ever?

I had a first date at a restaurant for lunch once. She was late so I ordered my food and ate. She finally showed up as I was paying the bill. Ended up having some amazing sex later that day. Ended up stupidly having a relationship with her but that's another story.

Text to ask her why she is late. If she doesn't reply in 5-10 minutes, leave. If she replies with a legitimate reason, wait some more but tell her she needs to make it up for it.
