Quick background on this chick and I.

We re both at the same college , met her thru friends goin out clubbing few weeks ago. Met up with her in campus , made out , I felt she sees me as potential relationship material as I didn t display neediness and overall held frame, passed shit tests.

Holidays came. Few days week ago it was my birthday. She wishes me happy birthday and other bla bla shit 1h later after my bithday ended. She says she s sorry but she really forgot. Anyway she wished me happy bday 1 day in advance , so there s 2 happy bdays.

I didn t text her merry xmas and happy holidays as I won t be seeing her till next year , and I honestly forgot and didn t actually care and last night she hits me up with this.

"Merry x mas to you aswell , and happy holidays to you aswell , asshole "

Now I was laughing hard and texted her this.

"They would have been even happier if I wee to see you on holidays but it was ok. Thank you. Same to you :-)"

It looks beta as fuck. She didn t reply back yet. I feel like she will respond back anyway , if not , her loss.

Input on what I should have done and what type of test is this as it made me feel this would be her last text to me , I recognized that and my initial response would have been . "Thanks. To you aswell. :" or no response.
