Side hustle?

think of what no one in your area likes to do, make a list of that. anything comes to mind?

think of things which are short deadline/high pressure (ergo valuable), any list comes to mind?

for the first, a buddy of mine has some kinda license/permit he got when working for a larger company years ago, kept it going under his own name, and now cleans up "where people died" scenes. sometimes crime scenes, sometimes just the bed the dead were in, the floor the fell onto. nasty, stinky, gross, dangerous work. pays well $$/hour wise. he doesn't mind the smells.

for the 2nd one: another friend will go remove old network cable from ceilings, cube farms, furniture, wall art, anything people leaving an office space lease need to get out of the space before they lose their deposit. he ends up keeping most of the shit/reselling/recycling, but thats the cherry on top. the real pay is the tennant who's willing to pay $500 to a few grand to get all the shit out of their suite in less than 24 hours, so he works overnight / weekends, and banks a few grand a month this way. He turns down plenty that are too far or too low paying. he has an electrcian's license so can legally remove the electrified cube walls and safely cap the outlets. he does keep insurance and his only pita is sending a Cert of Ins to the landlord building owner before he comes on site, otherwise, it's easy money for him.

do you have any skills?

note, neither of these are ideal. What's ideal? something that makes money while you sleep. but these are dollar-per-hour type side gigs. start with those, then look to have the "level up" version of some system or business that makes money even when you're not "on the job" that's the goal.

I'd say you can try Uber driving in a pinch. I don't do it full time but just with Uber part time 15 hours a week, it helps pay for the food and electric bills. That's about 600 extra per month, assuming you take it light- you can easily make up to 200 in 1 weekend day.

No boss, no hours, just income. You get to meet all sorts of people and most importantly women who you can practice game on. I've gone home with a lot of girls that I've driven for, gone to strip clubs where strippers have invited me to get off with them, gone to college frat/sorority parties, pool parties, clubs etc etc. Not to mention you can build a good social circle and amass contacts in your area, raising you SMV.

To add to this, if you have a side hustle selling jewelery or you have a business recording music, Uber is a great way to advertise your business/side-hustle while also clocking-in those very important face-time minutes with a prospective client.

It's fun, you get to meet new people, see new places, get to know your city, get to know the best hangout spots, get to practice game all day. It's all win win since the job is fun and you're your own boss.

I am a designated accountant so I mark exams for the institute as well as a contractor. I just got started with in-person teaching as well.
