I am now devoting her to plate, and nothing else.

Then later, I found out she is going to see his new apartment today.

Should have demoted to plate or soft nexted her right then.

I tell her at work, that I won't be seeing her anymore if she goes through with this.

How did you find out she was going to his "new" apartment? If it was brought up in a convo between you two, I would have said " that's fine, I must have misunderstood what you meant by exclusive" and just walked away. But it sounds like you heard from an alternative source and then confronted her. That is a beta move. Should have demoted her to a plate or soft nexted her right when you heard that.

Set up a situation where you slam her at her place, play her out for anal then afterwards, get up and say you're going to the bathroom to clean up but actually, lock the bathroom door from the inside and sneak out the bathroom window and go hard no contact, delete and block on everything.
