So there is a girl at work who has expressed interest in me, but I am not really that attracted to her. There is also another girl that I am more interested in. The one that I am more interested in has shown signs of interest but is less obvious about it than the first girl. How would you go about this situation?

Also, it's a job I'm thinking about leaving soon.
