Thanks! I was considering it sooner - but i'm a veterinarian and my work exposes me to a shitton of radiation already... Think I'm just gonna have to bite the bullet and get the dexa as I get closer to my goals. I really want to exercise, except that the water fasting makes your joints click and I already got friction nerve damage in my foot. The last water fast I did was for 9 days, I'm currently on the morning of day two of a planned 14 day fast. You roughly lose a pound a day of fat, with additional water losses which brings me to, ballpark, mid to low 140s. After that, go onto Keto/ shakes, then when my joints fluids self replenishes (takes 2 weeks or so) , doing a second run. Wash rinse repeat, then going back onto crossfit or aerial gymnastics to maintain. I can't just do crossfit at this weight - my brain overcompensates for what I eat i.e I just ran for 20 minutes and lifted like a boss, I better have a massive breakfast to compensate. It's fine to maintain that way, but I just can't cut that way....

Good job, but keep going. 135-140 is basically what an average woman weighed in the 1960s, so look to those old films for examples of what you'd probably look like. Now if you really want to take things to the next level and truly maximize your physical SMV, slim down even more.

My ex was 5'7" and had 18% body fat, which looked fantastic on her. I think she weighed 130 at the time, so at your height lop off a few more pounds, which would put you somewhere around 125 by my estimation.

Once you get down to that weight, if you start weight training doing CrossFit or bodybuilding, taking trim 125lb frame would easily bump you up to 140lbs but with muscle. IMO that look would be ideal. Here's an example of what I'm talking about:
