Quick question but hopefully someone can answer

My girl and i were on my couch, and she opened snapchat . In the list of recent people it went Me , Some random guy , then one of her female co-workers.

The guys text says it was from 33 weeks ago but that doesn't make sense because everything else is in order of being received.

She didnt give me a good answer when i asked . Wonder if someone here can help?
