I would bet there is a 99% chance that all your symptoms are a result of vitamin/mineral deficiencies. You sound just like me, before I got my diet in order.

Magnesium is extremely important for the body and lots of people are deficient. Try taking chelated magnesium or magnesium citrate. Be careful about taking a good magnesium supplement, if it is magnesium oxide or magnesium carbonate you are wasting time as they absorb very poorly.

A more natural way of getting magnesium is also eating lots of green vegetables. This way you are also getting in a lot of other vitamins and minerals that the body needs. Eating lots of spinach, kale and broccoli can make a world of difference.

Zinc is easy, just take a pill after a meal. Vitamin d is also easy, take vitamin d3 at least 3000IU.

Have your free T tested. My total T is higher than yours but my free T level is low enough for T shots. Had my first one a couple of days ago. The clinic said that it will take about 3 weeks to notice the boost.

If you have a cough I would get a chest xray for tuberculosis.. But see a doctor for sure

I don't want to scare you, it's probably unlikely, but have you gotten your testicles checked for cancer? It's really easy and painless, they just ultrasound your balls.

Get it tested again, make sure you are testing first thing in the morning because your test levels raise during sleep and peak in the morning. Testing at different times even on the same day can yield vastly different results in some individuals.
