Your post is grotesque and nobody can really prescribe you anything with that description. You start by picking a routine like going to the gym 3-4 times a week. You stick with it for half a year and youre going to hate doing it until you love it.

You create confidence by having it not pretending to have it. You get external validation for your good choices and it will only strengthen your internal determination.

Nobody can make you stop being a bitch but others can encourage it and do. Frame is the ability to neglect those attempts of making you a bitch.
