Hey all, first off I wanted to thank the community for being awesome. I have come a long way since I found this place. I recently started a graduate program at a new school and I have been kicking ass. Tons of new friends, lots of new women, social events, and a new city to explore. In my undergrad I was a loser to put it bluntly, my terrible social skills/self-image from high school and middle school really hindered me and I have been using the advice and tools from here to improve all aspects of myself. It's all really come together now and, I've been talking to everyone, and have a couple of solid groups of guys that I can hang out with already. On top of that, I have been very comfortable meeting new women and they and their friends are even approaching me to talk or get my attention (something I never really had happen my past four years).

My issue is I feel like a dog that finally caught the mailtruck and I have no idea what to do now with my great situation. I went out with a large group of students to a bar and was having a great time with a lot of guys and girls, managed to get one alone and walk her home but didnt convert it to a lay. I felt apprehensive about if I should push for it as I have only gotten laid from meeting chicks on tinder where I was 100% certain that I could go for it all. Missing out on that opportunity isn't what matters, and I understand you can never be 100% certain when interacting with chicks, but I don't really understand (and never have for that matter) social circles and how people use those to get laid and develop relationships, since I never had the social connections to even try. Anyway, I was looking for some info about how relationships tend to develop out of social circles and really any general ways to keep improving now that I have hit this point. Currently, working through Heathcliff's and no_face's posts about the subject.

tldr; finally have social circle to interact with thanks to self-improvement but don't know how to use that to get women because I never had a social group with women in it
