I notice that the people who pull the most at my university are those who are socially connected and have plenty of female friends. These types are alpha on some level, but they play the game and blend in to the environment they are in. They have "weak" frame but on purpose, in order to get along with the maximum amount of people. They only approach/game with plausible deniability because a flat-out rejection lowers their social standing and puts future hookups at risk. Even then, they rarely have to approach because their female friends are literally feeding them an endless supply of pussy. After a hookup, word gets around and now more girls are interested. These guys are more accessible to women because they have female friends. Their SMV is above average, but their social status amplifies it to the point where they're out-pulling your local roided up gym chad with ease.

I believe my SMV is high, I just don't have an audience to display it to. Social circle game seems to be the most time-effective way of getting a return on SMV. The whole go out to a bar every week and get rejected 10 times to take a random girl home who isn't nearly as hot the next morning is getting repetitive. It fucks up my sleep schedule for the next three days, which is a major problem for me. My buddy just got herpes from one of these girls, so I'm open to exploring other avenues.

Is there a guide that exists to building social power and maintaining it? Also requesting some tips on how to have female friends without becoming their bitch. Do you just treat them like you would treat a male friend?

I've never given a fuck about this, I'm on no social media and usually just do my own thing. I've got one friend that I lift/study/banter with and that's it. I want to try this and see if I can be good at it.

EDIT: I'm not looking for an easy way out or instant success. I'm still going out to bars/clubs, this is just a side hustle. I'm willing to put in work and be patient so I can actually do this properly. I'm 150 pages deep into How to Win Friends and Influence People but I'm finding the tips to be basic and not applicable to male/female interactions, so I came here for advice.
