Hi guys I hope everyone’s in good health I have a question.

I am from London.

I’ve always been negative and a moaner but never gave much care what other people think so never questioned my own inner happiness.

Now I’ve spent a while sorting my own life out depression, anxiety and codependency. Stoicism, lifting, therapy and a purpose whilst not needing validation from anyone has certainly helped.

I’d like to know why people don’t bust a gut to hang around me. I think my social skills have suffered and I talk about things in intense details and often subjects people probably don’t care for.

The friends I do have I don’t really see but we keep in touch so I’m wondering seeing as less is more shall i just shut up and let them feel important for a change? Obviously I need acquaintances. Now I’m not going to surround myself with people who don’t emulate but shall I reel it in and shut up? I often sound like I’m whinging because I’m analysing and trying to explain things.

Whenever I’m around smart people they really dive into my frame but there often older and through my profession. I don’t think this is too attractive to most especially the negativity and rambling.

Roast me if need be as long as it’s constructive.
