I don't think there are different levels of plates man. You have oneitis and shouldn't be giving two shits about who your plates are texting as long as you are getting what you need from them, if they are truly plates. If you tell this girl what she can and can't do she will either fuck off or push for a relationship. Either upgrade her if that's what you want, or ignore it.

Seeing as she isn't your ltr, but rather your favourite plate or even fwb at this point, I don't see any point in downgrading her right now. She hasn't done anything wrong. You're not exclusive so it's implied that you're both seeing other people.

Maybe take a second to introspect and consider that the problem is you right now. Oneitis much?

It's your life, your frame. You decide if it's ok for you or not. But the fact that you are asking this already shows that you are not cool with it. First of all don't give her an ultimatum. ultimatums are a demonstration of powerless. The rule is demonstrate not explicate:

Express. You have to tell her that you don't like it that she is texting that guy. Don't tell her to stop (controlling her behavior = scarcity mindset = beta), just tell her you don't like her particular behavior. If she then doesn't stop this behavior that is unpleasing you, this shows you that she is not really into you. A girl that sees you as her hypergamous optimum would refrain from any behavior that could unplease you. That's why if you have to go to:
Demonstrate. Show her that her unpleasing behavior has consequences. Ignore her and throw her out from your life until she come back on her knees for you. If she dosn't come back on her knees, you weren't her #1 option, just her plan B.
Punishment. If she comes croling back on her knee, tell her if she is realy serious about her being sorry, then she has to show it. Whatever this may be for you. For example anal (something she never wanted to do, doesn't enjoy but you do).
Warning. Directly after finishing your punishment you tell her that if she repeats that some mistake again, she can delete you from her contacts.

Finish it of with a "did you understand?" and a hair pull.
