dont respond. wait it out. if she text you later or in a few days, assume its because she wants to see you, proceed the text quickly to ask out on date. go from there. if she agrees then go for it. if she flakes one more time, ghost and stop wasting your time.

if you don't hear from her for like a week, you can try one more time. see how she responds. again, no response she gets no more of your time. if she does, escalate quickly. there rule is always 2. the first flake is always a feeler... after trying the 2nd time you get a good idea of their interest level.

if shes interested, she will make it work, or at least offer a counter if the date/time doesnt work. if she isnt doing any of these things, cut all ties.
