I find myself in the unique position of not having a place to live (temporary lodgings with family) , no job (laid off), the 4 plates I was spinning have either broken up with me or I've broken up with them, out of money (personal loan from said family member), having an existential meltdown, and recent discovery of The Red Pill (about a week ago).

After full on panicky depression for the past couple weeks I've come through it determined to make the most of the situation and start over from scratch. I'm going to go full monk mode for the month of December. I overdid it with the dating/women, letting that become a big distraction and get in the way of taking care of myself.

I'm going to focus on setting actionable goals in regards to:

Physical:

-Eating -Sleeping -Exercise -No sex/dating for 30 days (don't need the distraction) -No drinking for 30 days

Personal:

-Find financially sustaining job in short term -Take critical first steps towards developing a passive income business (a la "The Four Hour Work Week") -Develop The Red Pill mindset -Creative output -Spiritual Growth

Social: -Strengthen healthy interpersonal relationships -Develop network of acquaintances for the purpose of finding work and developing a business -Weed out those dragging me down

I'd be curious to hear about those who have also gone Monk Mode what worked for you? What have you done? What was you're experience?
