Wake up at a time you decided e.g 6-7am

Then all these problems will go, took me 3 years to finally realize that all these problems come from within

This is the only answer. Oh and dont think " ok il do that" easier said then done, you'll probably fail many times before you see The other side.

But you already knew this is what you had to do

Try to avoid social media, videogames and binging movies/shows

Get your estradiol/estrogen levels checked. High estradiol causes anxiety.

Have you tried everything naturally first?

Zero fast food
Zero carbonated sodas or high sugar drinks
Healthy balanced daily diet of fruits, vegetables and meats
Regular exercise
Meditation

These are just a few of the things you can do. I'm a big time advocate of not taking mind altering medications unless absolutely necessary. We humans love taking the easy, less painful path in all things. Why work on yourself or naturally change yourself when you can just pop a pill and be drugged up in minutes?

You are going to have to develop a natural sense of calm . It is an integral part of masculinity . Ever notice how prey animals such as rabbits , guinea pigs , and deer are always nervous . Now think about lions , tigers , elephants and other animals that have nothing to fear . They are very relaxed.

Long walks in the countryside at night really helped me develop a sense of calm.

Leaving your comfort zone and becoming comfortable in situations with social tension also help develop a strong sense of calmness. (It will take some practice)
