I would check out stefan molyneux his you tube talks about this in the truth about single mothers video.

Effectively there was no coloration between sexual partners and divorce rates for men. Over 70% of divorce is initiated by women so it's difficult to get statistics on areas outside of STD's.

The 'Brainwash' documentary series (the Norwegian one listed on the main sidebar) mentioned an interesting study on the gay population of San Francisco which found 28% of gay men had had more than 1000 sexual partners. Only 2% of lesbians had had more than 100 sexual partners, and none more than 1000. The 'Sex' episode of that series also includes other information on male sexual behaviour, coming to unbelievably fucking obvious conclusion that men are more interested in sex (or at least casual sex) than women are.
