I've taken it consistently for the past 9-10 years, with small breaks in between when I was on Ambien and lunesta, but that only lasted a week or two before I started taking it again.

Well, I've been off it for about a month now, and I've been feeling the after effects over the past week. Night sweats, horrific nightmares, pulsating rhythms, the urge to vomit in the morning......the list goes on. Last night I had a dream that my ex teamed up with another ex and was hunting me because their shared boyfriend wanted me dead. Another night I dreamt I bought a new TV to mount on my wall, but I was installing it myself and it fell on me and I was trapped. Nobody could hear me because I was in a mansion. Then someone started to rob my house and killed random people outside and were coming for me next.

I'm also averaging about 2-3 hours of actual sleep a night. This shit sucks. It's starting to affect my everyday life and I've completely lost my sex drive and have no desire to even masturbate. I haven't came in weeks, and when I tried to yank it over the weekend I got bored and just decided to quit and tend to my indoor herb garden.

I might go back on Ambien, but I was up to 4 pills a night and ran through my script really fast. I did have two going through different doctors, but they eventually found out about it and both doctors dismissed me. When I went to a new Dr, I signed a responsible use waiver and if something like that happened again I'd be flagged and banned from that healthcare group. I eventually went down to 1 and a half pills and would take some NyQuil with it, but it was risky and I felt bad.

And now here I am. Exhausted as fuck. Can anyone help me??
