Hello, 20 yo male here It has already been 3 days and this has been bothering me much. First, I would like to point out that I HAVE NOT had ANY intercourses yet so that is not an STD. I rarely masturbate - perhaps once a month or sometimes even two. Now down to business . These 3 days I have been feeling some weird sensation in my penis tip- it is not itching , nor burning or any pain. I do not feel any of these while peeing also. What i do feel is as if a drop of pee is stuck in my bladder right before it will come out but it does not. This does not urge me to pee and more strangely, when i am doing some task / am distracted or not sitting i simply ignore it . This might be the reason- Three nights ago i woke up during a wet dream and by waking up suddenly I did not ejaculate , if this has any connection to what I am describing. Please, give your opinions what this might be because my concern has been growing
