For the life of me, I just cannot make, let alone maintain eye contact with anyone.

The only time I can look into someone's eyes is if I'm really angry, or giving a presentation at work, other than that, I'll say hello and end up not looking into their eyes.

This applies to both men, and women.

This is what goes through my mind.

  • Would I come across as a creep?
  • Does she think I'm into her?
  • What if she thinks I'm staring into her eyes so much?
  • Am I coming across as desperate?

Please help.
