All you really need is protein and creatine. Everything else will yield little results directly from using them.

Supplement with zinc citrate/picolinate and vitamin D for testosterone (but meat should be enough for vit D )

I personally use BCAA's, Citrulline, Beta Alanine, Creatine, ZMA, and Glutamine

Take omega-3 from fish oils if your doing a meat heavy diet. Without eating fish you might not be getting enough.

Are you gonna be heavily restricting carbs? If so it wouldn't hurt to supplement electrolytes (magnesium and potassium in particular)

replace zinc pills with ZMA and take it before bed on an empty stomach.

Take omega 3 and Vitamin D daily.

As a carnivore guy, I only take potassium and magnesium.
