Recently, I've been sprung into a business environment where I am in charge of operations at a construction company. Frequently, this involves me speaking to suppliers and contractors who are a lot different from the blue pilled people I would have normally interacted with. Now, this is great for my personal growth but I find at times some of the guys I talk to tend to try and leave the conversation or get aggressive when I am speaking to them. Most times I am trying to get some sort of information regarding what they do and or how they could contribute to the success of the business. Anyone have any experience with this, and something I could look into to avoid this?
