RedSunBlue's foolproof guide to teasing women:

Step 1: Assume she is a stereotype of whatever group of people she seems to fit. If she's Canadian, assume she loves to get drunk and stuff her face full of poutine. If she dresses like a hipster, assume she embodies the most ridiculous characteristics of hipsters. For all modern women: can't cook, can't clean, addicted to facebook/instagram, etc.

Step 2: Tease them accordingly. Remember, a light touch and a smirk go a long way and the key to comedy is to be specific. It doesn't matter if what you're saying is actually true for the girl you're talking to. Stereotypes exist for a reason, and more often than not you will be on the money.

Caveat: Avoid racial stereotypes if you are White.

Double Caveat: If you are a minority gaming a white broad, take every opportunity to exploit her white guilt with humor.

Teasing is just playful fun at anything you can do.

What I've found to be important is:

try to make it funny. Not to them necessarily, but to an outside observer.
Never apologize. Don't back down. If she calls you on it, amplify.

Clothes are fair game. Just don't look at it like a metrosexual. My go-to is calling them out on something hipster.

If she flubs a word, you can make a running joke of using her pronunciation (this should be more deadpanned than emphasized).

Make fun of her girly drinks or impractical shoes.
