Last week I went to a friends birthday party. I got very drunk at the party. I had a DD and I came home safety. When I came home it took me a few attempts to open the door and my dad was awake in the living room and I told him hi.

Anyways I see my dad the next morning and he starts asking questions. He accuses me of drinking and smoking I told him that I was very tired last night and I didn't want to stay up and talk to me.

Later my brother (who is very Islamic) told me how he stop drinking and smoking and to pick up Islam. I told him I do whatever I want since I'm a human being.

Then my mom calls me from her work phone asking me questions also. I told her I was tired.

Later I come home to eat dinner and I talk to my parents. I told them the same excuse and they say not to end up like my cousin (who has fallen into drugs).

Fast forward to today I come home from the gym and my mom tells me that my dad is sad about me coming home late at night. He doesn't say a word to me. My mom tells me to tell her the truth and she won't tell my dad and say not to end up with my cousin. I told her the same excuse.

I don't know if I should tell them or not? I'm sure my dad knows but I don't know how they would react. Both of my parents are Islamic and I'm 19. I'm not Islamic but they pay most of my bills. My dad is tough but he has never been tough on me. My mom is very emotional also.
