As little as possible. If I initiate it's only to set up a date. If she initiates I don't say much, or often, am direct and humorous. I prefer to let their hamster spin wondering why I'm not like the other guys constantly providing her with cheap validation via text messages.

Number 1 always - never text right away. Wait AT LEAST 15 mins. I almost always see texts right away but I do not reply immediately. Eventually I get distracted with whatever I was doing and usually respond in a few hours.

Be brief. Vagueness can also work in your favor depending on the lady.

As the gentlemen before me said - no emojis, no sign of emotion (that means "lol" "haha" etc). Your text bubbles should not exceed hers.

Stop wasting your time and everyone else's here. Search "Text" or "Text game" and you'll find plenty of answers.

The main one you'll find, however, is to only text for logistics.

Here are the biggest changes in my text game.

*Dumb it down. Instead of: "Hey! I really enjoyed our meeting. I had so much fun yesterday. Hope you have a great evening. Can't wait to see you!!! ;)" should be "whats happening, lets meet Wednesday evening at X" So no exclamation point, no question mark

*NEVER use emojis, or smiley face shit.

*Write shorter than her. Few words are always better if you're still able to convey it. Golden ratio.

*Never more than two un-reciprocated texts in a row. Preferably not more than one, but sometimes two are necessary to resurrect a conversation.

*Let her wait for a response. Multiple hours are good. Could be full day. Let that hamster spin on turbo mode guessing whats going on in your life that you are so busy.

*As much as you are excited, more often than now, you will be prone of cockblocking yourself via texts. Use it mostly for logistics.

*Not all questions must be answered. You can just ignore and proceed like she hasn't asked you anything.

The gist of it is, you must appear slightly interested, with other good things going in your life besides texting back novel length texts within a minute's time.

It seems too much of a head ache, but this new text game does wonders for me.
