Edit: these work especially well in response to things where they don't make any sense. I.e, "no" in response to a non-yes-or-no question. In fact, I like to play "no" game, where you just keep texting "no" in response to anything she says. Or "brb" and then don't text her again for a few days.

First think is that you better have her number. From there if you have your own place invite her to yours for a bottle of wine. If you want to escalate straight to something sexual thats the best thing you can do. There is too little detail in your post to give directed advice, when in doubt just go for it and have an abundance mentality.
