That’s a different situation.

Imagine you try to come on strong(heavy flirting, sexual innuendos, getting obnoxiously close) in a grocery store. Wouldn’t work. Now you come on strong at a club. Generally, works well.

The difference isn’t the action but the context.

The problem with text isn’t words, phones, etc. It’s the difficulty of figuring out context. Is she texting you from a club, grocery store, church, on the couch eating ice cream, while sitting on the toilet, while laying in bed with Chad, after she got fired, after landing a new job, etc. Each of these venues and situations have differing context that can dramatically change her emotions and desires for what she’s looking for. If you aren’t calibrated to her emotions, you can’t be effective. Would you bust your buddy’s balls after he was just fired?

In fact, even simply sticking to logistics, very commonly doesn’t hit her at the right time and context. That’s why they will often take hours to respond. It’s why date offers, even after a previous good interaction, often don’t materialize. But logistics generally don’t evoke new emotion in her. It’s simple and straight forward. It makes your intentions clear. If you wait the several hours necessary for her to respond you are simply waiting for her to get in a good mood so that she can respond with positive emotion.

Tinder is a different context. For women, it’s the technological equivalent of dressing like a slut and going to a club. Every woman knows she’s at that time of the month where she’s fiending for Chad. Most players do. Most nice guys and betas don’t. A girl might go on tinder the week before to que up a line of half decent guys, but once she’s messaging she’s ready to go and Chad hasn’t texted her. So she’ll settle for you. But it has to be NOW.

Op is most certainly a beginner.

He didn't act in the moment when he noticed IOI's.

Then thinks he can "flirt" over text, when he has not shown her that he has any sexual interest in her at all.

You can't generate attraction over text. The best you can hope for is to not fuck up.

But you will fuck up because tone and playfulness don't translate over text, and since you have zero connection, push/pull, teasing, negging, and qualifying are all useless.

So the best you can hope for is to not shoot your own dick off.

So don't.

Text for logistics when it's new, when you're a novice, when you're an intermediate, or when you're still learning game.

Which is virtually everyone posting questions here.

So text for logistics only is the only appropriate response.
