So I won't say anything you clearly know.

notable differences

No distance means you must respond with dread. Familiarity breeds contempt, dread evens it out.
Get used to comfort tests increasing and being mixed with shit tests.
Have people over consistently to aid in social proof. Girls and guys alike.
Join clubs that get you out of the house. Now.
Never do a feminine chore, unless you're teaching her how to do it properly. once only. even better, game a girl into teaching her for you.
Pay for her cell. You'll become complacent and your alarms may become less precise. Paying for the phone is a small price to have access to text records on demand if shit goes south. (think of it as an insurance plan)
don't stop gaming. Game the living shit every day out of everyone. Keep up that skill and keep yourself razor sharp. There is inherently less mystery to feed her, you must respond with dread.
don't be exclusive, "recommendation, seems you have it covered though lots of guys just can't handle this once they're living with her"
Month to month contract is good, very good move. Check your laws to find out what kind of notice is necessary for her to move out or be cut off.
Control her wardrobe with desire. This is a small thing i practice constantly with all my girls. Casual commands that are easy to follow build up the need to follow larger ones. wear something green tonight, put on a lacy something, you know maid outfits are on sale, when are you getting one?
Keep a room only you have access to if you can swing it. A place you can retreat without any interruption. (this is rather important if you aren't doing myriad external hobbies.)
Do not talk about anything going wrong in your life, no matter how much you feel secure in doing so.
A schedule is your friend, use it. A simple calendar on the fridge with Wed-cleaning, Friday-shopping, Saturday, Bros beer and brats, is enough. I usually don't bother writing anything I do outside of the house, as it's not her business where I'm going.
Establish a regiment of permission, she should be asking you for permission to do anything which changes the apartment. Do not accept coming home and randomly pink drapes fucking everywhere.
home Security. Either recording or video, check up on your laws in your locale. She doesn't have to know about either of them unless it's legally necessary, even if she does know about them she shouldn't know where they are or how to mess with them.
never join accounts. Ever. For any reason. Always seperate. Don't even share an account. There is always a better way.

Just a few basics. I have only lived with a few women, and regardless of how rent is split, I control the house. Women just can't handle keeping a place clean and castle like without the proper motivations. If you do it right you'll be happy, she'll be happy, and you'll continue to improve yourself.
