She's basically asking for your permission to cheat. When you "give her permission" to be friends with these guys, in her hamster brain, it'll be your fault she "accidentally" fucks them because you allowed it.

Chicks can get attention and often want to get all the attention they can, remember they believe that people that can attract others are valuable. Translating:
"Signaling to other men that I am not sexually available has been causing me to lose validation I could be getting and that would make me feel better and more powerful. I am burdening you with this loss and I want you to tell me I am allowed to show sexual openness and flirt with other men, and should you not allow it I am prepared to blame your insecurity and see you as less valuable so I can ease the process of detaching from you."

Now, even if she's not already looking into finding a better guy, if she shows openness she'll attract good players that might drive her to cheat. Either you put up with that or next, you'll have a hard time increasing attraction and using dread to get her to focus on you through the distance.
